Exhibition Participation Rules

  • When is payment due?

    Deposit when applying for participation: (50% of the booth fee)


    - Submit the Application Form with 50% Deposit of the Booth Fee. 


    - Within a month after the application; Pay the Remaining 50% Balance of the Booth Fee.




  • Pay via Bank Transfer

    You can make payments directly into our bank account.

  • Use the booth

    * For additional booth walls, an application must be submitted in advance and an

    additional fee will be charged.


    * Exhibitions or advertisements other than the works of the artist listed in the application

    form are not permitted in the booth.


    * The gallery representative or staff must be resident at each booth at all times, and the

    closing time of the exhibition is correct.

  • Installation

    The work installation schedule must be completed on time so as not to interfere with the opening time.

Exhibition-related information

  • ▶ Exhibitor Registration

    Exhibitor registration is available from May 14 (Wed) 15:00 to 20:00, May 15 (Thu) 09:00

    to 12:00.

    Please collect the exhibitor kit after registration.


    * Registration Location: Art Fair Daegu 2025 Information Desk in front of EXCO Halls 1

    and 2 → After confirming the name of the gallery, receive the exhibitor's kit

  • ▶ Receive Exhibitor Registration Kit

    * Exhibitor kit provided: Exhibitor Pass (4 booths A, B / 6 booths C, D), catalog (3 booths

    A, B / C, Booth D (4 copies), artwork export certificate, Installer sticker.


    * When receiving the exhibitor kit, check if any of the above items are missing, and

    receive it after signing the gallery manager Please do.

  • ▶ Exhibitor installation and withdrawal

    * Access for gallery officials and installation personnel for installation of works is from

    15:00 to 20:00 on Wednesday, May 14, Available from 09:00 to 12:00 on Thursday, May 15.


    * Exhibition participants must not receive prior approval from the Steering Committee

    before 18:00 on Sunday, May 18, 2025, the official closing time. Booths and exhibits

    cannot be demolished.

  • ▶ Replacement and export of works

    * Replacing and taking out works must be done before or after the viewing time, and if it

    is unavoidable, It can be done as long as it does not deal damage.


    * When taking out works, you must present the work release certificate.


    * For the smooth progress of the event and the creation of a viewing environment, the

    display of works will be held until the end of the exhibition on the last day of the event

    must be maintained.
